They were originally published by
Walter F. Meier Lodge of Research, No. 281, F & AM
of Washington in 1991.
They are both interesting but I must make note
that since
the writing of these essays the Grand Lodge of Washington and
the Prince Hall Grand Lodge of Washington and Jurisdiction
have extended complete and full recognition to each other.
